Spectral Aerospace is a new joint venture between Canada and Australia, aiming to take advantage of a rapidly maturing space industry to provide hyperspectral imaging solutions. We will discuss the need for small-sat hyperspectral imaging satellites as well as the market changes that will allow for a larger satellite to compete in a micro and nano satellite dominated landscape
